I want my next deck to be Slowking/Something, so heres my try at Espeon as the attacker as long as E-card doesn't screw up the format:
4 Slowpoke(NG)
4 Slowking
4 Eevee(promo)
3 Espeon (holo)
1 Umbreon (tech against D. Gengar and other psy's.)
3 Cleffa
2 Murkrow (Eternal Lockdown)
4 Elm
4 Bill
4 Poketrader
3 Double Gust
3 Gold Berry
3 Balloon Berry
2 Pokemon Tower (anti Recycle)
12 Psychic
2 Dark
2 Rainbow
Build up multiple Slowkings while you either Psychic attack them into the ground, or lock them down with Murkrow. Theres still problems to work out though, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Good. It looks solid, but needs more Dark energy and less rainbow.
-2 Rainbow, +2 Dark.
Personally I prefer Dark Espy with Dark energy but that's just me.
