Summary: A deck with Eevee, Dratini, and Horsea.
Pokemon:

1x Dark Jolteon Lv.23
3x Dratini Lv.10
1x Dratini Lv.12
1x Dragonair Lv.33
1x Dark Dragonair Lv.28
1x Dark Dragonite Lv.33
2x Horsea Lv.19
1x Horsea Lv.22
2x Seadra Lv.36
1x Kingdra Lv.50
The following trainers are used to bring back cards from the discard pile and draw special cards from the deck.

1x Rocket's Secret Experiment
Energy:
12x Water Energy

Basically, knock out the defending Pokemon with Eevee, Dratini, and Horsea, and the evolutions of them, and bring and draw cards needed to win with Recycle, Rocket's Secret Experiment, and Super Rod. Plus, with the Rocket's Secret Base card, I can increase all Pokemon with Dark in its name by 20 HP. This is my Tribute to Shi-Shira Ketchum Deck, so what do you think?
