i would suggest, assumin that you are new, purchase a theme deck! it will give you at least the basics of how a deck is built.
there is a balance that must be achieved before you have a deck you can play.

The Dark Machoke is good, but why dont you just build the deck with all dark pokemon and x4 Boss's Way and Rocket's Hideout.
