My decks strategy is to get Elekid out as my active pokemon so i can stall and get energy on articuno. I will also stall so that i can get kingdra out and use dragon tornado(awesome effect). Articunos Blizzard attack will do damage to your opponents bench. Well, you get the picture, here is the deck.

1 Kingdra

1 Elekid
1 Electabuzz
3 Krabby
2 Kingler
1 Pikachu(genesis)for advantage against water
1 Zapdos
2 totodile
1 Croconaw

2 PlusPower
2 Energy Removal
1 Super Energy Removal
2 Energy Search
2 Moo-Moo Milk
1 Gust of wind
1 Lt. Surges Treaty
1 Here Comes Team Rocket!

11 Water energy
10 Lightning energy

This modified deck of my last version should have sufficient draw power, and should not have too many evolutions and not too many energies. [Evil Smirk]

Let's make this into an anti-water deck.

3x Rocket's Zapdos
3x Cleffa
2x Sneasel
2x Scyther/Gligar
2x Pichu

Energy:20
9x Lightning
4x Dark
3x Metal
2x DCE
2x Recycle

Trainers:35
4x Elm/Oak
4x Gold Berry
4x Computer Search
4x Item Finder
4x Pluspower
4x Gust of Wind
4x Energy Removal
4x Super Energy Removal
3x Healing Fields/any other gym
