I need to know if this deck is fairly good. These are the cards it contains.

psy energy:18
grass energy:14

1-sabrina's gastly
1-sabrina's haunter
1-sabrina's gengar
1-lugia
2-abra
2-kadabra
2-alakazam
2-drowzee
1-hypno

grass pokemon:
2-koffing
1-weezing
2-oddish
1-gloom
1-vileplume
1-pinsir

trainers
1-moo moo milk
2-bill
1-bill's teleporter
1-professor oak
2-potions

Is that pretty good or does it suck???
If anyone has any suggestions for pokemon to add or get rid of plz let me know. I have a rival here and i only have beat him once and it was my first attack and it was a multiplayer with 4 people so he says it isn't fair. I need to beat him. [Devilish]
