What cards can be used for a basic Pokemon with low retreat and attack cost with high damage and HP like 60-90.

I want it to be cards from neo1 and above or uncommon cards that are easy to get.

Please help because I'm trying to make a deck with these cards right now.

Scyther is a Grass Pokemon, Scizor is not(HAHAHA!!!)

Since you obviously do not have a deck, this fails to meet the requirements for Deck Help and Strategy. Please post your deck then everyone can make suggestions. [Tap]
