Just like to remind you that Elekid and Pichu Genesis don't need Electric energy so replace them with fire.
Otherwise it's a good deck. I'd like to know how it does at SBZ.

Here's my fix on the deck:

Pokémon (16)
4 Growlithe (Legendary Collection)
3 Arcanine (Legendary Collection)
3 Onix (Southern Islands)
1 Steelix (Skyridge)
1 Steelix (Neo Genesis)
2 Smoochum (Neo Revelations)
2 Pichu (Neo Genesis)

Trainers (24)
3 Professor Elm (Neo Genesis)
3 Copycat (Expedition)
3 Focus Band (Neo Genesis)
3 Moo-Moo Milk (Neo Genesis)
3 Energy Stadium (Neo Destiny)
3 Double Gust (Neo Genesis)
3 Town Volunteers (Aquapolis)
3 Power Charge (Expedition)

Energy (20)
12 Fire Energy
4 Metal Energy (Aquapolis)
4 Rainbow Energy (Aquapolis)

The Southern Islands Onix is better for use, especially if not using NR Aerodactyl/Memory Berry. Also, I put a Skyridge Steelix in there so that less actual Metal needed to be worried about for that particular Pokémon. I considered using some Fighting Energy and Aquapolis Tyrogue, but decided not to and used NR Smoochum instead. I had to take out Elekid due to the fact that if you used Pichu when Elekid was out, Elekid would be done like dinner.

As for the Trainers, 4 Elm's overkill, and 2 Copycat's underkill. So I evened them out at three apiece. I also went with only 3 Focus Band (this allowed me to put in a third Onix; what if one of the Onix was KO'd before it even evolved into Steelix?) However, Gold Berry is a definite no-no in this environment, especially if you forget to use it when needed (click here for the proof), so I used Moo-Moo Milk instead. I also decided on Energy Stadium rather than Healing Field. This will allow you to get back your Fire Energy from the discard, and even slow down that Riptide Feraligatr should the opponent use it and flip heads. As for Double Gust, I dropped it to 3. Pokémon Fan Club is a bit weak, so I decided it and the dropped Double Gust in favor of Town Volunteers. Finally, I chose Power Charge over Pokémon Trader (there wasn't room to keep both).

Hopefully this fix works.
