Ok, first Magneton can only evolve from Magnemite. He can't evolve from Lt. Surge's Magnemite.
Same with Raichu and Dark Raichu. They evolve from Pikachu, not Lt. Surge's Pikachu (which is unfortunate, because the Lieutenant's is a nice one).
Finally, you can only have 4 Lt. Surge's Electabuzz. The fact that they are different isn't important. They all have the same name.
(FYI, you can have 4 Lt. Surge's Electabuzz AND 4 Electabuzz in your deck if you want...)

add 4 neo genesis electabuzz and 4 elekids . elekid's pokemon power can do some quick damage and he is cute .
