Note: My knowledge of these cards are great until neo and gym sets came out, because I rarely collect cards ever since Rocket)

The point of this deck is to put up a heavy defense and at the same time I will power up my Dratini. Now on the Steelix part of my deck, I only expect to use him as defense and use his HP as part of my Defense.

In this deck, I expect to slow down my opponents forces with my ghost pokemon, and then pull out the Mewtwo's when I get in trouble, then I'll have Mew help me out with the evolved Pokemon. When I come face to face with a colorless deck, I'll bring out the Meowth's as help.

My Fire Deck

Pokemon
4 Charmander Lv.9 (rocket)
2 Charmeleon Lv.32 (base set and base set 2)

My Water and Electric Deck

1 Articuno Lv.35 (fossil)
2 Electabuzz Lv.35 (base set and base set 2)
1 Zapdos Lv.64 (base set)
3 Zapdos Lv.40 (fossil)
3 Zapdos Lv.30 (promo)
4 Jigglypuff Lv.14 (jungle and base set 2)
1 Erika's Jigglypuff Lv.13 (one of the gym sets)
1 Kangaskhan Lv.40 (jungle)
Trainer
3 Potion (base set and base set 2)
4 Energy Removal (base set and base set 2)
Energy
11 Water Energy
13 Electric Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
Ok, this is my best deck, this one has won me all the battles I ever played, but then again, I haven't played any new decks. Well, anyways the point of this deck, is to have Zapdos do some damage to the bench, and serve as a distraction to my opponent while I power up my squirtle. My squirtles in this deck are easy to power up, since their attack cost is two colorless. I intend to use double colorless on them, and evolve them into Wartortle for even more dreadful damage. Then if I get lucky I will draw Blastoise and then I can power up my water pokemon quicker. Then I intend to make my opponent suffer by using the energy removal alot, and use potions for any damaged pokemon, and they come back with some nice attacks. The jigglypuffs are there to put the other pokemon to sleep. I also have Kangaskhan to help me get the card I want quicker, and I also have a decent attacker to the side, Electabuzz.

all your decks need focusing.

ALlso in your fire deck you have 9 magmars. You can only have 4 in your deck, this is the same in your water electric deck with the zapdos

But I thought, it for a specific card, not the card in general, so that's why my decks are the way they are

Since they different types of Zapdos, and different types of Magmar, saw nothing wrong with it

Well there is something wrong with it. They have the same name so you can't have more than 4 but you can have 1 Dragonair, 1 Erika's Dragonair and 4 Dark Dragonair because they have different names. Also, just so you know, Dragonair and Erika's Dragonair cannot evolve into Dark Dragonite. It says "Evolves from Dark Dragonair" so that is all it can evolve from. Same with Brock's Onix they cannot evolve into Steelix. Hope this helps.

Actually I already knew that, and I missed the onix part, I need to fix that, but seriously, I thought it was 4 of a specific card, not card with the same name, I'm going to go look in the rule book
