Chansey Stalls first couple of turns while Elekid hits from the bench. Then, I have some choices. I can power up Steelix, Mewtwo, or Sneasel depending on my opponent. I use the traders and C. Search to get the Energy or basics I need for my pokemon. Rainbow ties it together. Scyther also helps when I have random energy. Please help tweak it.

Looks good, there are a few thing that I see that you may need is possibly a way to get Psychic in the discard for Mewtwo so you can do some hit Psyburn on turn two, so you could to do that use oak, or try wrath, secret mission, imposter oak's revenge. Another thing is that you need resistance gym, that way you can battle against someone with Resistance of that type at least you can get inside easier, and last but not least, maybe you should up the gold berry and focus band by one or two!
