How about this

-2 Murkrow (takes up dark energy for sneasel)
+2 Chansey (to help stall until the big hitters get out)

-3 Oak
+2 Elm (don't have to discard cards)
+1 Pichu (adds another poke to hurt Feraligatr)

So the deck would look like this:
