Hi there, hope you enjoy the deck. I've been working on it for months now and after winning the Professor Championship with it I feel it's just about done unless I'm missing something.
Pokémon 4 Horsea L22 4 Seadra L36 2 Kingdra AQ 2 Kingdra L49 2 Scizor AQ 2 Scyther AQ2 2 Cleffa 1 Elekid 1 Tyrogue 1 Pichu
Trainers 4 Professor Elm 4 Copycat 4 Double Gust 4 Pokemon Center 4 Pokemon Trader 2 Gold Berry 1 Focus Band
Energy 5 Water Energy 4 Metal Energy 4 Warp Energy 2 Rainbow Energy 1 Recycle Energy
To win the Prof Championship I battled matchplay against: a Light Dragonite/Espeon deck; Kingdra Center with both AQ and Revel.Kingdra; Entei/Magcargo; Feraligatr/Parasect; Light Golduck/Scizor.
This was also the deck that I used to win the SBZ with in Crawley, England except for one change, Focus Band. Focus Band made all the difference in securing a Baby Pokémon's attack, and a third Gold Berry was removed to make space for it.
Remembering that Rainbow Energy can be shifted using AQ Kingdra helps out in this deck, especially with the possibilities for shifting Rainbow onto a Scizor. Scyther uncommon from AQ is useful against Kabutops decks. Free retreat Horsea and Mudsplash Seadra are the better choices here.
This deck gives you options, I hope that you enjoy playing it if you build it yourself. Props to TEFreakDeluxe, IndigoMaster, Matt Moss, Monkeyman33, sentimental_blastoise, and Gymbo for mass mass playtestage. Props also to the competitors in the tournament and the judging team. Allahu akbar!

Nice deck. My daughter plays one that is similar and has done well with it. Kingdra's power coupled with healing (Center/Nurse) is underrated.
The thing I like best about this deck is the trainer engine. Very straight-forward. Not a lot of tech, just a lot of drawing, healing, and matchup (double gust) trainers. I think people overcomplicate things.
Three questions...
1. Why Pichu?
2. No Pokemon Nurses?
3. Why no Switches?
Again, nice deck.

No problem with the questions.
1. Very good to sweep up at the end. I successfully attacked with Pichu a benched Parasect that was then DBGed out for a freshly benched Scyther to do his Cross-cut (Cross upwards?) attack for 40. That won me a match. 20 on all with Powers is great to take out Elekids too, I twice placed a Metal Energy on my own Elekid to do such a move. It helped especially against decks that made Scizor difficult to play e.g. Light Dragonite and Espeon. And it's great against that pest, Promo Lily Pad Mew!
2. No Pokémon Nurses, as the energies can be shifted onto other Pokémon with ease and don't have to be lost to the Center. It helps to attach the Rainbow Energies to Baby Pokémon before Water Cycloning them later, onto the Scizor for no damage. I once attached two Rainbowed to a Focus Banded Pichu against a Riptide Gatr, and then moving each straight away to other Pokémon. If the Pichu goes, it goes whether it has 30HP or less. 10HP damage less on other POkémon makes Centering more versatile too. But Pokémon Nurse is a useful card though, and I did think about it a lot.
3. 4 Warp Energy is more than enough to do the job - better than Switch, it's really useful in this deck, I find.
Hope these points help.

Freddy,
You know I like this deck. I helped you with it, so naturally I am not going to change it. This is a very spiffy and powerful deck. Scizor decks are like the shizznit these days, and this is definitely one of the best versions available. Your list is perfect. Congrats on your win, and good luck in the future. Hope to see you in the 'States this summer!

Sorry for bringing this back to the top but I have some questions I really need answered,
Okay, Why 2-2 with Neo 3/AQ why not focus on the AQ one and go 1-3?
Also why horsea form Neo? Is it because of free retreat?
Nex, why not drop one Warp for a switch, some times it can be helpful if you want to play another energy
Last, what would be the changes to bring this into the post-Skyridge envioroment?

AQ Kingdra can be both a help and a hindrance. It's useful - especially when playing against Espeon or Light golduck variants - to make the switch to a strategy involving Kingdra-Mudsplash-Pokémon Center. This deck allows that to happen. What I prefer though is to use Kingdras and swarm with Twisters and Rapids. 50 per turn and Energy Removal is better in the long term againt the increasing number of decks that are popping up with either Water Resistance, or similar strategies of healing and retreating/centering.
Drop warp for switch... usually if I'm playing the warp it's to get a kingdra AQ out of the active position. If it's been hit, it brings it back to the bench after a Pokémon Center. Placing Water and Rainbow Energies on the Babies from the start allows you to bring the Babies active and bring their energies onto the Kingdra AQ onto the bench and it can start fighting back with Rapids. Warp Energy is more economical I find, and with the energies out of the deck and Water Cyclone going, there's no need to attach energies to Kingdras in-between healing using Center. his really helps, as then towards the end of the game you have Scizors, Scythers and Metal Energy all concentrated in the deck. Switch is a circumstantial card for a circumstantial situation - energy is too, to an extent. Warp Energy is remarkably effective for allowing both in the one card and giving diversity to your play in this deck.
Post Skyridge environment? Nothing really in there has caught my eye, maybe the Kabutops is strong but then this deck again allows Scyther's CCC attack to be powered up immediately if there are enough babies or Horseas with energy already in play. A surprise hit for 80 does great especially if you've just hit the Kabutops for 20 (PPunch)/30 (Mudsplash). Many don't expect it, and having playtested this quite a few times against Steelix Kabutops - and winning constantly - Skyridge seems like little trouble but we really have to see what the exact translations will be especially on those energies coming out.
The only change I'm experimenting with, as suggested by Tyranitar666, is -Rainbow Energy +Darkness Energy for something. Needless to say it's some getting used to but as soon as it's playable you can snatch Babies from the bench for 30 and add another element of surprise to the deck.
Work to be done still on the deck, thanks for the questions and suggestions.
