The streets will flow with the prizes of the unbelievers.
So, two folks at league last week are playing. One has three forretress benched and an active Nidoking.
The opponent uses Take Down, knocking out his own Tauros.
The benched Pokemon he brings up to replace Tauros...hurt by Forretress, yes no?

Wow..I posted and played a Nidoking Foretress deck recently. Small world. I believe the answer would be NO. The Tauros' attack ended that player's turn, and Spikes only damages the Pokemon being brought into the active position DURING that player's turn. At least that's my take on that.
