20 Pokemon

2 Squirtle (Ex.)
2 Squirtle (LC)
4 Dark Wartortle (LC)
3 Dark Blastoise (LC)
2 Evee (AQ)
1 Evee (LC)
2 Dark Vaporeon (LC)
1 Igglybuff (Promo)
1 Elekid
1 Cleffa
1 Suicune (Lv. 25)

20 Trainers

3 Pokemon Traders
3 Water Cubes
3 Strength Charms
2 Boss's Way
2 Rocket's Hideout
2 Prof. Elm
2 Forest Guardian
1 Fisherman
1 Hyper Potion
1 Relic Hunter

20 Energy

16 Water
4 Darkness

Strategy:

This is basically a big blaster deck. I like to use the babies and Suicune to stall while getting Vaporeon and Blastoise powered up quick. The AQ Evee lets you attach an extra energy for a heads, so that helps.
I like to get four waters on 'Toise and 2 waters and 2 darkness on Vaporeon and then Hydrocannon for 70 or Whirlpool for 40 and swipe an energy. If I need an extra punch or want to hit the bench, the charms and cubes do that.
The Relic Hunter helps to get the Rocket's Hideout as quickly as possible, and the Fisherman keeps energy in my hand. I'm not sure about the Hyper Potion, but I like being able to heal by 50 and still attack with 'Toise.
I have another Vaporeon headed my way and need to find some room. Also, I'm worried that I don't have any switching ability and only one healing card.
Thanks for the help.

Good deck, but I have a better fix.

First off, I'd go straight Expedition on the Squirtle, and make it the Doubleslap Squirtle.

Next off, scrap both the Aquapolis and Legendary Eevees and go straight Neo Discovery. This will help you power up a Dark Vaporeon faster.

Yeah, I would go with Exp Squirtles too (Double Slap, 50HP)

I dont think 1 Hyper Potion will help much, drop it for another Elm

Instead of Forrest Gardien, try for Copycat or Oaks research. 1 Random card (1 of 7 from your deck, still pretty random) apposed to a new hand, I would go new hand.

hmmmm, Rev Eevee will not "power up" Dark Vaporeon faster, it will evolve it faster, now AQ Eevee will power it up faster (possible 2nd turn 3 energies). I would go either Straight AQ or straight Dis. Also add in 1 Umbreon, I think Dis is the best (holo) since it can hit bench, and combos with Water Cube well. Drop the lone Suicune for this. Without your own Double Gust, he isnt worth playing really.

Ok, scrap Elekid and Igglybuff and tech in Tyrouge. Since your deck is lightning weak, mojorly!!!, Tyrouge can counter it well. 60 for 1 energy and a flip is enough to scare away 90% of lightning Pokes.

I would drop 1 Water Energy and Relic Hunter from the deck, and add in another Cleffa (promo if you dont have a Genesis one) and a Town Volunteers

Hmmmmmmm..... If you are saying use Water Cube and Strength charm together, unless you attack the active it will not work. Strength Charm was rulled, as working only against the active Pokemon, much like Plus Power and dark. I would ditch these for some Focus Bands. Explanation in next paragraph

lastly, tech in 2 Metal Energy for 2 Water. losing 10 damage off of Darkstoise isnt much, but doing Rocket Taclke with a Metal and a Focus band is crucial for this card. It screams, cmon, try and KO this. Not much your opponent can do with good flips.

Final fix......

-2 Squirtle (LC)
-1 Eevee (LC or all 3 if you use Dis)
-1 Iggly
-1 Elekid
-1 Suicune
-3 Strength Charms
-2 Forrest Gardien
-1 hyper Potion
-1 Relic Hunter
-3 Water

+2 Squirtle (Exp)
+1 Eevee (AQ, or 3 Dis)
+1 Umbreon (Preferably Holo Dis)
+2 Tyrouge
+1 Cleffa
+3 Focus Band
+1 Elm
+2 Copycat/Oaks Research
+1 Town Volunteers
+2 Metal Energy

If this where my own personal deck, I would swap out 1 more Water Energy for a Genesis Aipom. This will help with some of the single cards, with 3 Traders, 2 Boss's Way may be a little much, think about switching these for another Cat/Oak and something else (the Aipom, a Town volunteer, a Fisherman, and if you really wanted, the Suicune back). But this is a possible switch, the others I strongly suggest..... whadda ya think

To evolve, treat Eevee poorly, when it hates your guts, let it get ko'ed in th night while holding Spell Tag. PS, if it gets ko'ed outin the day, then it will die, go visit its grave in Soul House of Lavender, next to Fuji

Excuse me, but there isn't an Eevee or an Umbreon in Neo Revelations. Neo Discovery is the expansion you seek in that case.

Thanks guys. I'll have to trade for the Squirtles, 'cause all I have right now are the Bubblebeam ones. I'm definitely going to get rid of the Suicune, though. He was really just there to stall, but adding a Tyrogue does that and gives me some extra attack power. Plus, he got knocked out by an Elekid the only time I've lost with this deck.
I've found the Relic Hunter to be helpful in getting the stadium card out quick to give me those 20 extra HP, so I'm a bit reluctant to get rid of it.
You're right about the focus bands; I hate to see a Vaporeon with a couple of darkness get KO'ed and all those energies go into the discard. I think I'll drop two traders, the hyper potion and a strength charm to make room for those and another Vaporeon.
Finally, I'll give it a try with a couple of metal energies. It's nice to be able to attach both a metal and a darkness.
