Pokémon (25):
2 Donphan (Rapid Spin: NG)
2 Phanpy (suggestions on which type)
3 Hitmontop (promo: also has rapid spin)
3 Butterfree (neo2: free retreat)
3 Metapod (neo2?)
3 caterpie (LC)
1 cleffa (NG)
3 cleffa (promo: for lack of NG)
4 tyrogue
1 igglybuff (promo)

Trainers (14):
1 focus band (for lack)
2 energy ark
2 moo-moo milk
4 professor elm
2 bill
1 switch
1 double gust
1 professor elm's training method

Energy (21):
12 Fighting
9 Grass

This is just an idea of mine. I konw it can use a lot of work, especially in the trainers department.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks. I know its probably not an improvement on the original [Razz]

Hmmm, fairly typical Babyporter deck. I'm just curious what made you throw in Butterfree. Oh, and you could probably skimp on energy a bit. See if you can get some more elm/copycat.

Personally, the best Rapid Spin I have seen uses Forretress/ Donphan/ Babies. This deck works really well and can be a force....Nice idea though...very original..

Well, originally the deck was based around the butterfree. But as I was trying to improve it, the Rapid Spin idea came in. I thought it could work, but wanted any available help.
One thing I know I'd need would be getting Butterfree ASAP because its other evos aren't free retreating. So I don't know if breeders/traders could make a way into this deck. I've added more elms, also.

As for the type of Phanpy you should use, go with the Neo Genesis one. It has endure, which, if Phanpy gets KO-ed, he doesnt and only has 10 HP. I used it at the last SBZ, and it worked (and saved my life a few times)
