I would take out 1 smeargle,-2 energy stadium, + 1 psychic and + 2 water. I hope that helped.

Very good Deck, I play it, too. It's soo powerful...here's my fix:
- 1 Misty's Wrath
- 1 Nightly Garbage Run
- 2 Resistance Gym / Energy Stadium
+ 1 Double Gust (4 are a must...)
+ 1 Bill (4 Elm, 4 Bill and 2 Wrath will work!)
+ 2 Chaos Gym (You need something to fight against Gatr)
You should try this fix, it works!!
