Deck 1:
Pokemon: 19 4 Zubat 3 Golbat 3 Crobat 3 Cleffa 2 Pichu 2 Tyrouge 2 Murkrow
Trainers: 27 4 Professor Elm 4 Pokemon Trader 4 Gold Berry 3 Bill 3 Double Gust 3 Copycat 2 Time Capsule
Energy: 14 11 Grass Energy 3 Darkness Energy
Or something like that... Also, some people prefer Professor Elm's Training Method over Copycat so you might want to try that.
I'll leave the others up to some one else.

I think you mean Professor Oak's Research. Professor Elm's Training Method just nabes you an evo. Professor Oak's Research lets you shuffle your hand into your deck and draw five cards.
As for the actual decks...
Pokémon x 17 Cleffa Lv 6 x 3 Crobat Lv51 x 3 Golbat Lv27 x 1 Murkrow Lv25 x 2 Pichu Lv5 x 2 Scyther (promo) or NDi Tyrogue x 2 Zubat Lv13 x 4
Trainers x 25 Bill x 3 Double Gust x 4 Focus Band x 3 Pokemon Breeder x 2 Pokemon Breeder Fields x 2 Pokemon March x 2 Pokemon Nurse x 2 Professor Elm x 3 Sprout Tower x 3 Time Capsule x 1
Energy x 18 Darkness Energy x 4 Grass Energy x 12 Rainnbow Energy x 4
The name of the game is swarm. I left out the beoved Copy Cat/Professor Oak's research cards ecause I like to have only one Spporter type in a deck. I chose Pokemon Nurse,as it is literally a Pokemon Center that targers a single Pokemon. Single Energy attack + Focus band + Pokemon Nurse = for your oppponent and for you. Tyrogue allows for the whole "Slashtap" strategy (DG with free retreaters), but is flippy. Promo Scyther has a solid 40 for GG attack, but has a retreat of one and can't attack the turn after it used its attack (unless it gets benched). A third option I didn't list was to just add in two more Murkrow instead of either, or 2 NR Sneasel. If you know how to use them right, the effect is devastating. If you just don't grasp it, then you're better off with the other two. Sprout Tower is just a space holder: experiment to see what works. Breeder can give you a turn 2 Crobat, which is sweet. Okemon March and Breeder Fields makes it the norm.
I'l try and post my fixes for theother two later.
