Maybe I'm wrong but for a deck with 2 type of basic energies,your energy seem to have be very little energy.

Here's a hint...
Build a deck we havent seen thousand of times...then I'll help you. Just look at every other SlowKingdra deck on the boards for help with this one

Prof is right, but I'll give you some hints.
~Play 4/4/4 Line with Kingdra
~Play Pokemon Center/Pokemon Nurse
~Play Double Gust =/
~Play some sort of protection (i.e: Gold Berry/Focus Band)

Take out all the psychic energy-it isn't worth attacking with Slowking
Other than that I don't know much about Kindra decks to provide much assistance
