With my constant desire to make as many VenuCenter decks as possible, here is the latest. It takes advantage of Stage 2 free retreating and the ability to get those swarming types of decks out of play. I am lacking another Pidgeot but Will get one soon. Here it is.
Pokemon 21 3 Pidgey (Base/ LC) 1 Pidgeotto (Base/ LC) 2 Pidgeot (Jungle/ LC) 3 Bulbasaur (Base/ LC) 2 Ivysaur (1 SI, 1 Base) 2 Venusaur (Base/ LC) 1 Aipom (Rev) 1 Magby (Gen) 2 Cleffa (Gen) 1 Tyrogue (Dis) 1 Murkrow (Gen) 1 Snorlax (Jungle/ LC) 1 Jigglypuff (SI)
Trainers 23 3 Elm 3 Bill 4 Breeder 3 Trader 4 Pkmn Center 2 Super Energy Retrieval 2 Double Gust 2 Energy Stadium
Energy 16 12 Grass Energy 4 Rainbow
"Snorlax is Murkrow bait." Not if you play him at the right time. He can be a formittable foe if played correctly. I have thought about adding and additional 1 plus another DG to help stall for the Hurricane. Another cards I know will take ridicule is Aipom. After a lot of testing, Little Aipom can be an irritant to any Psychic deck and just down right mean to Slowking. Nothing like an opponent thinking "OK. Balloon Berries are in place. What Grab from Aipom. You have got to be kidding me. Don't you need to flip or something." Nope. also free retreat. Grab, Jigglypuff or DG (if you are lucky) King and have at it with Murkrow. I know Steve--Where's Lugia?--He is resting. I like the Snorlax PP and Lugia--although works wonderfully in this deck---needs a rest. My wife calls this the Chicken Poo --use another word--deck. From hurricaning and PokeCentering, it is extremely annoying to your opponent. As always, there is room for improvement and I encourage it. Just please offer a reason and game plan for the improvement. I think that at times, we offer tweaks but don't give reason or how to necessarily play the tweak. I appreciate all that respond.

Well, first of all I would tell you to get two iggly if you really want to counter slowking. Second, pidgeot really doesn't hurt swarming decks, simply because once they go back to their hand, they just rebuild. Kingdra rebuilds very fast.
