Its been along time since I did an unlimited deck but I had this idea to go with the powerful Kyogre EX and the classic Blastiose.

Title: It's raining in Seattle Washington!
Class: Unlimited
Pokemon: 20
4 Squirtle (Base Set, Base Set 2, Legendary)
3 Wartortle (Base Set, Base Set 2)
3 Blastiose (Base Set, Base Set 2)
4 Kyogre (Promo 001)
4 Articuno (Fossil, Legendary)
2 Tyrouge (Neo Discovery)
Trainers: 20
4 Professor Oak (Base Set, Base Set 2)
4 Professor Oak's Research (Expedition)
4 Computer Search (Base Set, Base Set 2)
4 Gust of Wind (Base Set, Base Set 2)
2 Item Finder (Base Set, Base Set 2)
2 Focus Band (Neo Genesis)
Energy: 20
20 Water Energy

Basically its simply getting a fine variety of Basics out plus a Blastiose. Of course with Oak/and CPU there should be no end to the powerful force of destructive carnage.

hmmmmm...... Here is an easy fix. add breeder. 2nd turn Stoise and Powerd Kyogre is better than 3rd.

also, I ran a wierd deck way back when with a big Energy requiremant/discardiong attacker, I found a Combo of 3/3 Squirtle/Stoise and a 2/2 Totadile/Feraligatr could do a lot of damage with these requirements. Get a Powered Kyogre, and while attacking with it, build up a Gatr too. retreat, Rip, and repeat

Also since Kyogre if I rememebr correcly, does 10 to each bench. I would suggest 2 Energy flow and 2-3 Pokemon Centers. And since Center discards the Waters anyways, more Power for Gatr.

To evolve, treat Eevee poorly, when it hates your guts, let it get ko'ed in th night while holding Spell Tag. PS, if it gets ko'ed outin the day, then it will die, go visit its grave in Soul House of Lavender, next to Fuji
