4 Jungle Pikachu (Spark, 20 damage, 10 to bench)
3 Fossil Raichu (The one with Gigaspark, 30 damage, 10 to 3 bench)
3 Fossil Zapdos (40 damage, flip for each bench for 20)
3 Hitmonlee (Stretch Kick, 20 damage to bench)
1 Shining Kabutops (Lightning cut, 30, flip for 10 to each bench)
4 Pidgey (whirlwind, 10 damage + gust of wind)
3 Pidgeotto (whirwind, 20 damage + gust of wind)
Energy (24)
14 Lightning Energy
8 Fighting Energy
2 Double Colorless Energy
Trainers (15)
4 Gust of Wind
3 Energy Retrieval
4 Bill
2 Prof. Oak
2 Item Finder
The deck is simple. Get out one of the bench killers, hit the bench, and power up more bench killers (preferably Shining Kabutops). The best way to win is by prizes. Keep knocking out Pokemon and Gusting for easy knock outs. Resistance is not a problem, as it attacks the bench. All the Pokemon are bench Killers, so first draws are not really a problem. This deck is a long game deck, with more Bench Attackers the better, so we need Card Drawers, Oak and Bill.

why all of a sudded are people randomly making pikachu decks ??? try this ...

and if you can get the cards I'd suggest playing Crobat insted of this deck ...
