I know this deck needs alot of help its been long sinse i played and im coming back

This deck needs a major overhaul-- no offense. Since this is supposed to be a Nidoking deck, drop the Kingdra line to go 4-4-4 on the Nidoking line, and to add another Exeggutor. BTW, please give sets for your Pokemon-- most of the Pokemon you've listed exist in at least 2 versions. Once you've dropped Kingdra, you can drop the Water Energies for Trainers. A deck with only 15 Trainers usually has trouble-- you should end up with 1 1/2 to 2 times that many. Try to trim down your Supporters, since you can only use one per turn. Drop the Spinaraks and Onix. Chansey might be a good idea, though-- all Colorless Energy costs and a good stall. I'll have more advice when I know what sets you're talking about.

that should make that deck run smoother
