Just another in a long line of decks built to use cards that don't suck totally and are underused. Gymbo tried the SI Vile before and well...here's my attempt to try that card and not be incinerated by fire and have my deck crippled by Chaos Gyms.
Horrid Deck
4 R. Oddish
4 N.G. Gloom
3 SI Vileplume (why aren't there more heads-good, tails-good attacks and flips in the game? HP isn't great, but they sure are purty)
3 N.Dest. Swinub (Huhn??)
3 N.Dest Light Piloswine (attack can use Grass energy and ditches their Chaos Gym...it's power and high HP can stall a LOT of other deck's speed, giving me time to build Plume. What other water Poke can cover Plume's weakness on a diet of Grass Energy?...Quilfish?...HAH!!(Aelflaed LOVES 'Fish)
3 Cleffa (just because)
20 Pokemon
4 Elm
3 Erika
4 Rocket's Sneak Attack
3 Imposter Oak's Revenge
3 Double Gust
3 Balloon Berry
3 Gold Berry
2 Resistance Gym
1 Time Capsule
26 Trainers
12 Grass Energy
2 Full Heal Energy
14 Energy
So far I have playtested the deck about 6 matches and it went well, although setup speed seems lacking. Wraths could be an easy fix, but soon they will be gone and I am trying to wean myself from their use (never used em as much as others anyways). By leaving an Oddish on the bench for poison, it's quite fun having Poison, Sleep and Confusion all working tag team against your opponent.
Suggestions welcome.

Drop Gold Berry for Focus band. That'll improve your chances against fire, grass, and gatr.
And if you can find room, pokemon breeer fields would be great in here.

Naut,
Rocket's Sandshrew is right, this deck screams breeders field. With 2 evo lines, and one a two stage, it would serve multi purposes. I like recycle nrg in this deck. I, like you, am trying to stay away from cards that are being phased out. Erica, rsa, and ior along with wrath will be gone soon also. Bummer........ Oh yeah, the answer to your question is misty's poliwhirl but it does not remove stadiums and it will be gone soon too!

its about time someone else sees the power of si vileplume, good idea withthe light pillow
great poke and very annoying up in the class of promo igglybuff
