Here is my tourney Mukdra. The strategy, like any Kingdra var., is to swarm and turn off pokemon power decks.
4 Horsea 4 Seadra 4 Kingdra 2 Grimer 2 Muk 1 Tyrogue (for those annoying lightning decks) 2 Pichu (i'm centering, so damage to muk is ok) 3 Cleffa
4 Elm 2 Energy Stadium 4 Pokemon Center 2 Switch 3 Bill 4 Double Gust 4 Pokemon Trader 3 Focus Band 1 Master Ball 1 Time Capsule
6 Water Energy 4 Recycle Energy
Please help me with any minor fixes to make this deck unstoppable!

well, it seems the pokegym forum isn't as active as it was a year ago when i was here, so im gonna help out as many people as i can.
you seem to have a good idea rulemaster, but i would suggest these changes:
-1 center -1 elm -1 switch -1 master ball -1 energy stadium -2 pichu
then add these:
+2 Elm's Method (quick way to get out muk or seadra/kingdra) +1 time capsule +2 Energy Restore +2 Igglybuff (promo)/ tyrogue
hope this helps. depending on how many ppls play decks with pokemon powers, keep or removed pichu. i'd rather play igglybuff, cuz it stalls well while i get ready... oh, and good luck

I would like to help but please say out what version of Horsea,Seadra and Kingdra you are using(I mean say out the set)
I agree with you since Muk is the new idea of get rid Slowking.
I swap 2 double gust for 2 water energy.
Hope you happy with your new deck.

God I love Kingdra, it's like, one of the funnest decks to play in Modified. But I really don't like the name "Mukdra" it just sounds...weird =\. Anyway, I think that you should....
-1 pichu -3 Bill -2 Focus band -1 Master ball
+1 Rouge +3 Gold Berry +3 Copycat
Pichu is basically a TecH for Entei/Cargo, hit 'em for 20 so you can KO them in one shot with Kingdra. Rouge is good for that FTKO and just pretty cool in general, lol. I prefer copycat over bill, as usually your opponent averages 6-7 cards in their hands, so that's just more draw for you. I got rid of most of your bands because there really isn't anything that can KO kingdra in one shot (other than Entei/cargo and Poliwrath =\ ) but that's why there's still 1 band in there . So anyway, I wish you good luck with the deck . ~TRC

Kingdra is one of the most BORING decks to play ever... i guess ill try to fix this
20 pokemon
4x horsea 4x seadra 4x kingdra 3x cleffa 2x pichu 2x murkrow 1x tyrouge
27 trainers
4x prof elm 4x pokemon center 4x copycat 4x double gust 3x strength charm 3x pokemon trader 2x focus band 2x energy stadium 1x time capsule
13 energy
4x recycle 3x darkness 6x water
Murkrow really belongs in EVERY deck now cause of strength charm, 1 hit KO on a baby is just broken and the extra damage can suprise your opponent..
I really hate muk in ANY deck but thats just me.. if you really want muk in the deck then just go with the above but..
-1 pichu -1 double gust -1 strength charm -1 copycat
+2 grimer +2 muk
hey TRC...mukdra IS horrible but isnt NEARLY AS BAD an "encargo"...LOL

Hmm.. me doing a deck fix? Wow its been a long time.
I built a Kingdra Muk for my sister at worlds, it was a nice twist I though and at that time nd no one else in the tourey played one ( I looked at all he deck lists as my dutys of being a proffesor ) I've seen this deck around a little more and its still one of my favorites for the current format.
4 Horsea 4 Seadra 4 Kingdra 2 Grimer 2 Muk 2 Tyrogue (adding one they are just so usefull) 3 Cleffa
The Pichus are not needed
4 Elm 2 Energy Stadium 4 Pokemon Center 2 Switch 4 Proffesor Oaks Research ( I don't care what everone else says this is better than Copycat ) 4 Double Gust 4 Pokemon Trader 3 Focus Band 1 Time Capsule
I droped the Masterball
6 Water Energy 4 Recycle Energy
Not alot to change its solid deck, the added draw should help and the Pichus are just not needed.

The pichus were for the local decks at league(Gatr, some Vileplume, lots of Slowking, others), and it worked pretty well. I'm just centering the damage off Muk anyway. Kind of a metagame, I guess. I now switched: -2 Pichu -4 Water Energy -1 Master Ball -1 Focus Band -3 Bill
+2 Murkrow +4 Dark Energy +1 Copycat +4 Strength Charm
This is switched from my original deck. It makes the deck a bit stronger, IMHO. The Rogue or Cleffa can go turn 1, while I attach energy to Murkrow for an attack on turn 1 or 2. I can evolve to Muk and Kingdra at the same time, so I never have to stop attacking and I don't have to worry about PokePowers. This is a really versatile and power deck now! I guess we have the strength charm ruling to thank for the upgrade.
