Your Trainer, Energy, and Pokemon selection are all wrong. =\ Things that don't allow you to play any more Trainers, end your turn, or search for nothing do NOT help you in accomplishing your goal. You could deck yourself by Turn 1 if you tweak perfectly >=) I consider something like this would be the template:
