Here is a list of possible cards to put in my deck, I have up to 2 or 3 copies of each particular card, except for the holos or rares that might not be true for all of them:
PKMN-
Elekid(might want to have 2 in deck)
Psyduck
Light Golduck(both from Neo Destiny)
Porygon(Neo desiny)
Porygon 2(Neo Revelation)
Aerodactyl(Revelations)
Cleffa(promo)
Lugia(Revelations)
Tyrogue
Horsea
Seadra(both from Neo Genesis)
Kingdra(Revelations)
Horsea
Seadra(both from Legendary)
Kingdra(Genesis)
Eevee(Discovery)
Light Vaporeon(Destiny)
Smeargle(Discovery)
Smoochum(Revelations)
Trainers-
bill
Heal powdeer
PKMN Breeder Fields
Ballon Berry(only 1 copy)
PKMN Personality Test(only 1 copy)
potion
Energy Stadium
Mysterious Fossil
Fossil Egg
Prof. Elm(have at least 2 copies)
Berry(have 2 or 3)
PKMN Trader(only have 1)
Energy Ark
Double Gust(at least 1 or 2)
CounterAttack Claws

Energy-
Recycle Energy(at least 1/I know it's stinks only to have 1)
Water and Psychic Energy
-I would also like to put in Double color-less energy but I don't know if we could use those in modified, does anyone out there know??

Here is my list I hope you guys stick to those cards, but you may add some other cards or of course get rid of some of those in the list. I will check back to confirm the decks, hope you guys can help me out.

Before asking for help with a deck, you must first have a deck. Asking for people to "Build me a deck" is not allowed. Take the cards you have, build a deck (look at the other decks in this forum to use as a guide). Then post the deck and list the cards you have to use for substitutes.
