I would max out the dark E. but I only have 2 [Frown]

THIS DECK IS MADE FOR THE ROCKET ON FORMAT, SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR ADVICE ON THAT FORMAT!
Otherwise, strategy is to strike using hitmonchan, etc., build up Shiny Tyranitar and L. Machamp, and use the dark pokemon to pummel pesky psychic pokemon
