I havent played a Raindance deck at all yet and i would like to try one for this standard deck tourney. My strategy is to get Blastoise out fast and keep on hammering till I win. Wooper is in there for electric pokes and Articuno and Lapras is in there cuz for backup. Heres the deck:
Pokemon:19 4 Blastoise 1 Wartortle 4 Squirtle(TR) 2 Wooper 3 Articuno 2 Lapras 3 Cleffa Trainers:25 4 Breeder 3 Oak 2 Elm 3 Item finder 3 Super energy removal 4 Comp. search 2 Nightly garbage run 4 Gold berry Energy:16 2 Double colorless E. 14 Water E. Thanks a lot for your help.

What might be a good idea is if you kept all your Squirtles, add 2 more Wartortles. With only one Wartortle, you might not get to those Blastoise when you need them. Plus, you never do know if and when you will get Breeder. So try this: 4 Squirtle 3 Wartortle 3 Blastoise

To power your water Pokemon you need Water energies and with the help of Poliwrath you won't need to worry about high energy Pokemon. So try this for size 19 Pokemon 2 Blatoise 3 Wartortle 2 Squirtle (TR) 2 Squirtle (Base) 1 Poliwrath (Base) 1 Politoad 3 Poliwhirl (Disc) 4 Poliwag (Base) 28 Energies 24 Water energies 4 double colorless
13 trainers 4 Focus band 4 Breeders 3 Potion 2 Gold Berry (I hope it works)

None of these are good Raindance decks:
Pokemon 17 4 Squirtle 3 Wartortle 3 Blastoise 3 Articuno 2 Cleffa 2 Wooper
Trainers 20 4 Pokemon Trader 4 Pokemon Breeder 4 Elm 3 Bill 3 Gold Berry 2 Energy Stadium
Energy 23 23 Water
It has pretty good support. It looks pretty fast too. If you use this deck you will have a pretty good chance agaisnt other decks.
