Remember that Unlimited has LOTS of free retreaters and switcher cards-- makes status condition decks difficult, though not impossible. Make sure you account for that-- I won't make specific suggestions on this point, do it however you like. Also, consider replacing Elm with Oak.
[EDIT] Oops! I'm no good at Modified decks, and didn't notice.

Not bad!
I would recommend dropping the Smeargle and replacing it with Broken Ground Gym! If you do the first part,drop a Fan Club and replace it with another Switch.
