I know this deck needs some tweaking ,but I can't

Well this deck looks pretty good. I see it is Modified Format and looks even tournament worthy. However in tournament you will face Slowking so I would
-1 cleffa
-2 elekid
+3 igglybuff (discovery)
Also having one Breeder does not do a whole lot of good so why not add another trader instead
- 1 Breeder
+1 Trader
I think that would be a strong deck, However I built a deck similar and have 4 slowpoke & 4 Slowkings
-1 Feraligatr
-1 Cleffa
-3 Elekid
-4 Bill
-1 Breeder
-1 Focus Band
-1 Gold Berry
-3 Water Energy
+4 slowpoke Gen
+4 Slowking Gen
+1 Trader
+2 Bills Maintenance Exp
+2 Professor Oak Reaserch
+2 Switch Base or Exp
I think that with these changes you would have a prettly tuff deck. Get out 2 - 3 slowkings and build up gatr, Energy draw is slow but that will not matter when your openant can not play trainers. Hope that helps.

I'd just like to add something here: if you look at your posting times, you made your original post at 1:30 in the morning here on the West Coast, which would be 4:30 in the morning on the East Coast of the USA. Your second post was made around 6:15/9:15 in the morning. It is completely understandable that no one would have replied, as most people would have still been sleeping on a Saturday morning.

Unfortunately, since the Gatr's power is mandatory I believe, then you might want to use Muk with him instead of slowking. Otherwise your opponent will get to switch up whatever they want for you to attack.

Also, here is a rules clarification about Expedition. There are a few Poke-POWERS that were not correctly translated and templated. Specifically the Feraligatr and its Major Tsunami power SHOULD have said "you may" in it. So please play this power and any others that seems similar (meaning you shoudl normally have the option to use instead of having to use) as if it included "you may". The Light Arcanine from Neo Destiny is another power that should have had "you may" also included.

Is it better to play Tyrogue or Elekid and do I need to play Murkrow? Is it possible to use Pokemon Breeders instead of Croconaw ?

Since gatr takes 4 nrg you should use elekid.
And instead of krow use yanma. A: beacause he can get damage on all of thier pokemon, so later gatr can tear them apart. B: he Has more hp just in case. and C:he only takes 1 nrg.

How do I play Yanma ?
It needs Grass Energy ?
How about countering Pichu which will FRY my deck
because of the Pokemon Power of Elekid and Feraligatr ?

Yes, yanma does use Grass energy and is a helpful card. But which Totodile are you using. I prefer the rage on because even if it is attacked by a low damage attack, it can redo that damage +10. this deck could also counter a Babyporter, like Mindy's, with little trouble since you have some control over switching the pokemon on the field. The Yanma would make a Big diference. I would drop a Elekid and 2 bills for 2 Copycats and a Prof. Elm's Research, or for 2 Master Ball and maybe a genesis gatr, the riptide one. I prefer the one with Fury Swipes because it has higher HP and bigger damage ratio . I also still don't understand how to play yanma . Personally I still prefer playing Murkrow . Thanks for the suggestions .
