(It is fossil or Base? The Gengar with the Pokemon Power.)

OK first you can only have 4 copies of any named card in a deck. So you can only have 4 Double Colorless Energy, 4 Energy Retrieval, & 4 Abra. Next drop the now 4 Energy Retrievals as with the amount of energy you have (which you could also reduce), you don't need them. You need drawing power so +2 Professor Oaks and +2 Computer Search. Or +2 Oaks & +2 Bill. Pokémon Trader would also help this deck. If you have any Cleffa from Neo Genesis would help. I'd drop Pokémon Center for Potion, Super Potion, Berry, Gold Berry, or Focus Band. You need Resistance Gym as anything with a Psychic Resistance really stops this deck.
