This deck features just ghosts and Darkness Pokémon, with Porygon2 to do some necessary Energy shifting.

Pokémon (21)
4 Gastly (Expedition)
3 Haunter (Base Set 2)
2 Gengar (Legendary Collection)
3 Sableye (ADV 2)
3 Sneasel (Neo Genesis)
3 Porygon (Neo Destiny)
3 Porygon2 (Neo Revelations)

Trainers (19)
3 Energy Stadium (Neo Destiny)
4 Energy Charge (Neo Genesis)
3 Power Charge (Expedition)
3 Copycat (Expedition)
3 Super Potion (Base Set 2)
3 Town Volunteers (Aquapolis)

Energy (20)
12 Psychic Energy
4 Darkness Energy (Neo Genesis)
4 Rainbow Energy (Aquapolis)

Here's the spoiler for Sableye:

Sableye [60 HP] (Basic Darkness Pokemon)
[C] Thief (0 Damage) Look at your opponent's hand. If there are any Supporters in their hand, Thief becomes a copy of that Supporter card. (No matter what happens, the card in your opponent's hand stays in their hand.)
[DC] Dark Bind (20 Damage) You may discard 1 Darkness Energy attached to Sableye. If you do, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.
WEAKNESS: Fighting
RETREAT: C

Any comments, suggestions, and/or fixes? Anybody can provide any of the following. Even you, Mudkip.

I say drop about 5 Psychic Energy, the Sableyes (or at least 2 of them), and one Porygon2 for more Trainers. You need card drawing, so I recommend some Bills and Oaks. I also think you need some Babies and Focus Bands. I recommend using the LC/Fossil Gastly instead of the Expedition one -- 50 HP, and you can get back discarded Energy with its second attack. Instead of Energy Stadiums, use No Removal Gym or Ecogym, to better handle Energy Removal strategies. Also, Energy Stadium will only affect your Psychic Energies -- not especially helpful, since it leaves your Special Energies vulnerable. Being able to reclaim discarded Energies helps, but do you really need basically 7 copies of the same card for that purpose? I say no. Actually, you probably won't need the Porygon2 line much. I don't recommend Super Potion -- with all the Energy Removal around, you won't often have a spare Energy. Use Gold Berries instead. I know you love Moo-Moo Milk, too, but I seriously recommend against it. It tends to fail just when you need it most.

Every time I think I can't say anything stupider, I prove myself wrong. Maybe I should just stop thinking.
