Looks like you just have a Light with few alterations, here´s what should you do:
-1 Light Azumarril
-2 Marril
-1 poke ball
-2 bredder fields
-2 water energy
-4 fightning energy
+4 Magykarp(team rocket)
+2 Gyarados(base set) ![[Devilish]](graemlins/diablo.gif)
+4 Double Colorless Energy
+2 Metal Energy
