Here the modified Lawnmower deck. It cuts through a lot of stuff out there and is slowed only by Steelix... which can be poisoned...
4 Jumpluff (AQ) 3 Skiploom (NG) 4 Hoppip (NG) 2 Electabuzz (BoP) 2 Cleffa 2 Tyrogue
4 Elm 4 Trader 4 Focus Band 4 Double Gust 4 Copycat 3 Pokémon Center (why not?) 2 Breeder 2 Breeder Fields 2 Pokémon Fan Club 2 Town Volunteers
6 Grass 4 Lightning 2 Rainbow
-------------------- Bands that kick arse! Adema, Hoobastank, Linkin Park, Staind, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Taproot, Dry Cell, Korn, Sevendust... and some more I'm too lazy to think of...

Great deck but i think you shoud do this: -2 breeder fields(might not work all the time) +2 professor elms training method(maybe be a supporter but u can garentee an evolution. In my opinion, i would play with 3 cleffa but thats just me.

I'd add a little more energy-- true, this deck is very efficient, but only 12 energy? You're just asking for an energy removal deck to slam you. A few Energy Retrievals and/or maybe a Super Energy Retrieval or two would also do wonders. Plus, a few good stadium cards couldn't hurt-- Energy Stadium would be the greatest for this deck!

This deck is a Modified deck, Dkates. Energy Removal & Super Energy Removal (along with many, many other cards) are banned in Modified. So the 12 Energy is fine in there.
It looks like you did a great job with this thing, Hydromorph. It's fundamentally okay but I hope you don't mind if I make a few suggestions that are probably more personal preference than anything.
I'd drop a Grass for a Rainbow, since you want to be consistent in getting a damage counter on your Jumpluffs. 4 Trader might be a little excessive, though; 3 could work a bit more smoothly. I personally would take that spot plus drop a Focus Band for two Gold Berry. But I just love Gold Berry, so it's up to you.
Good luck with your deck, Hydromorph!

First problem I see is you need to run 4 Rainbows to get damage on da Jumpluff. Only one Skiploom and four Breeders. You can toss the Breeder Fields. Cut the Town Volunters to one. Add a Cleffa. Change the numbers of Grass an Elctric energy. Finnally take out the Pokmon Center (you want damage on the Jumpfluff not off). It should look like this.
4 Jumpluff (AQ) 1 Skiploom (NG) 4 Hoppip (NG) 2 Electabuzz (BoP) 3 Cleffa 2 Tyrogue
4 Elm 4 Trader 4 Focus Band 4 Double Gust 4 Copycat 4 Breeder 1 Town Volunteers
6 Lightning 4 Grass 4 Rainbow
