help me with this

Hmmm... I think you are making this deck for unlimited, so here goes. If you want to keep the grass type (not the best for knocking Pokemon out quickly), then do this.
First, take out the Breeder Fields, no real point in having them and too risky. Next, Oak makes you discard cards, and you don' twant to do that. Same with the Computer Search. Take out Energy Charge because it is too risky.
- 1 Breeder Field
- 1 Proffesor Oak
- 1 Computer Search
- 1 Energy Charge
Next, take out the Recycle Energy. This might sound crazy, but your deck doesn't not need Colorless that much, and you have 4 Double Colorless Energies to Power the attacks that only need Colorless Energies. So also take out the Potion Energy. They count as placing an energy and only heal 1, so you can't place another Energy down that turn AND it hardly does anything. Keep the Full Heal Energies, they are just like a full heal except also give an energy wo they are forgivable(Potion Energy only lets you take one damgae counter of your Pokemon, while Potion lets you take off two. The Full Heal Energy is exactly like a Full Heal except it also provides Energy). Also, remove the Energy Search. That is pretty pointless becase you have only one type of Basic Energy Card.
- 4 Recycle Energies
- 1 Potion Energy
- 1 Energy Search
Onto the Pokemon!!
Take out Gligar, he doesn't seem to be good enough. You don't want too many evolutions, so take out Scizor.
- 1 Scizor
- 1 Gligar
Time to fill up the spots!!
Add 1 Jungle Scyther becase it can do 60 Damage on your second turn, add 2 Rockets Scyther becase they can do 40 dage on your second turn and keep doing it. Add 2 Brock's Zubat, same kind as you have.
+ 1 Jungle Scyther
+ 2 Rocket Scyther
+ 2 Brocks Zubat
Now, add 2 Energy Removals and 1 Super Energy Removal to slow down your opponent. Also, add one Energy Retrieval, which is much better than Energy Charge even though you have to discard a card.
+ 2 Energy Removals
+ 1 Super Energy Removal
+ 1 Energy Retreival
Since we took all of those Energies out, lets add in 3 Grass Energy.
+ 3 Grass Energy
And there youi have it!! Your new and improved deck!!

You might want to take out the Bill or make some other changes, but I think this deck is a lot beter than the one before.
