Since no one has posted on my other decks, I thought that i would go a different route and use some popular cards right now.
Here is a new concept deck:

I am trying to use L. Jolt to stall and swarm with the Eeveelutions. D. Espeon makes them think of where to place their energy. Raichu and D. Chu do more bench damage and clean up if absolutely necessary. Jynx and Buzz are for early game high HP and decent attacks. I hope there are more tweaks on this one. I think that it could work pretty well. That's it for today!!
