Ok heres the deal, I play in this small town tournament like every sat. i can! Now i normally play with my feraligatr deck (i truely have one the tourn everytime i play with it) Now i made this deck cuz the kids there kindda dared me to make a deck with out feraligatr(so this is what i came up with) Now its not much but i beat my little bro with it last week in the finals(rain dancer) I just wanna know if i can improve it withought any card past neo genisis! (I STOPPED BUYING THEM) tHANks for any suggestions

I recommend Muk from Fossil/Legendary to compliment the Misty's Gyarados. That or Goop Gas Attack from Rocket.

Ways to kill anoying Misty's Gyardos power.
Muk (Fossil, rare holo, but still farely easy to get since was available in a Fossil Precon)
Goop gas (1 Turn only, TR, common, extremely easy to get)
Brocks Ninetales (the hardest to get, Holo only from Gym Heroes (1))
If you run Brocks Ninetails though, it means you could kiss Misty's Magicrap (Imeant to say carps, really) goodbye, since you wont need them.....
