This deck isn't made for a particular format now is it. If it isn't here's my fix. -3 cyndiquils +3 gold berry -3 quilavas +2 elm -1 evee +2 gigglypuff -1 nrg search +1 breeder -1 sneasle -1 magby +2 cleffa -1 recycle +2 charmander -2 growlithe +1 Dark Charizard -2 arcanine +2 magmar (fossil) -2 nrg removal +1 wiggly +2 energy retrievel
this is a very diffrent deck but it's a bit more focussed on only a couple pokemon. This may or may not work well. good luck

do you think you could work around the cyndaquil family and the charizard family? I'm trading some cards soon for maybe 2 typhlosions(1 flamewheel and 1 fire recharge) my deck is mainly focused on those two families since i get them most of the time in my pkmn battles..... so can you think up of another fix for it?

-1 sneasel -1 magmar -1 magby -1 jiggly -1 wiggly(do the wave) -1 evee(jungle) -1 chansey(base) -1 grolithe (blaines) -1 arcanine (blaines) then add 2 charmaders 2 typhlosion (the fire recharge would be better) 2 grolithe (base) 2 arcanine (base) 2 cleffa
now for trainers drop the: 1 nrg search 2 nrg removal 2 breeder 2 nightly garbage run (with typhlosion you realy arent gona need it)
and add: 2 more elms 1 more bill 1 potion 2 dark charmelions (breeder isnt as good here)
nrgs now hmm since you donet have sneasel take out the dark nrg and the recycle nrg isnt and good withough wiglytuff so take it out and add: 2 fire
after all that this is what it should look like:
pokemon:25 3 cyndaquil( fireworks) 3 quilavas (char) 2 typhlosion (recharge kind) 3 r. charmander 3 dark charmeleon 2 dark charizard 3 cleffa 3 growlithe(base) 3 arcanines(base)
trainers:15 2 gusts 4 elm 4 bill 3 potion 2 plus power
nrgs:20 20 fire nrgs
hope this works

There is a new Pokemon in town called Lilly Pad Mew (Promo 47 I think) for the Psychic season. It is changing the way we play pokemon. Evolving 3 different sets of pokemon is not good. We never have enough room for all the cards we would really like to put into our decks, so we have to scale everything down. More than 2 different Evolution pokemon groups is way too many. Put 4 of each Basic card then 3 of a Stage one and then 2 or 3 of the Stage 2 card.
How many Cleffa Neo do you have? You need to get 3 for your decks. Lilly Pad Mew has a Confusion attack and IT CANNOT BE HURT AT ALL BY EVOLVED POKEMON!!! Charizard and Dark Gengar can not hurt it!! Then Mew will Confuse them. So the rules change, now we try to evolve one group of pokemon and have a ready to fight basic pokemon as well. We also speed up the deck:
4 Basic Pokemon 4 Stage one (Only 2 if you use Pokemon Breeder, but make sure you put in 3 or 4 Pokemon Breeder) 3 Stage Two 3 Big Basic Pokemon (ready to fight) 3 Cleffa 2 Elekid or Tyrogue (Elekid for fire decks Tyrogue for Water decks) 4 Professor Elm 4 Bill 4 Pokemon Trader (Bosses Way if your Evolution is Dark. Add 2 Rocket's Hideouts as well) 1 Time Capsule 3 Focus Bands 2 Gold Berrys 2 Double Gust
18 Energy Cards of the right type 3 Cards of anything that makes you happy
Copy this formula down. Or print it up if you can with your printer. You can use it with almost any deck and beat most people with it. Most decks are too slow and try to do too much. Also I write down my decks and take them apart, so the trainers can go into a new deck. How many decks you have is not important. I only have two made up at the moment. Copy my formula to get you close to what you want, then adjust a little bit at a time. Don't expect to beat everyone all the time with the same deck. Surprise them with the unexpected. If you use my formula for a while you will understand how tournament decks are made. Then you will be really good.

If you play unlimited add 3 EcoGym or 4 Energy Removal. I am playing Neo Forward so these cards are not a concern to me.

Unlimited means you can play any card Wizards has made. Except ____'s Pikachu known as Birthday Pikachu because its attack is stronger on your birthday, and that crazy Mew card that is called Ancient Mew (you can't read it)
September 2002 is the end of Modified (known as Rocket Onward) New Modified (starting in September) means everyone is playing only from Cards out of the sets Neo and everything afterward. This is Neo 1 to 4, Southern Islands, Black Star Wizard Promo Cards 21 and up (Promo 1 thru 20 are no longer legal), Legendary Collection, and any new cards (such as the E cards.) Don't despair about the Gym sets you cannot play any more. Wizards is thinking about all these things. They are smarter than we give them credit for. By the way, if you have a card such as Base Set Charizard, you can use it in tournament play because it is the same card as the Legendary Charizard. You don't really have to buy LC to benefit from it, though a few of those Reverse Holos look mighty cool in your collection. Also a promo card makes any nonpromo card with the same writing legal [different picture does not matter]. And Rainbow energy Promo holo made ALL RAINBOW ENERGY CARDS LEGAL.
Sit down with your friends and talk about making two deck groups: Unlimited and New Modified. It's fun to change how you make decks. That's why Wizards has created two groups to choose from when we have DCI tournaments.
Also, there is booster draft, and Sealed Play. These are called limited tournaments because you are limited by whatever cards are provided by the Tournament Organizer to you.
You will either receive a group of cards that you open and make into a 40 card deck (know as Sealed Play because everyone receives a sealed package that they make into a deck) The 4 of each card per deck limit does not apply to this format. The tournament organizer should provide basic energy for this event. These games are played with 4 prizes instead of the usual 6. ===or== You receive a group a booster packs that you open one at a time. After you open a pack, toss all the basic energy into the middle of the table and then you take one card from your pack then you pass the rest of the pack to the person sitting to the left of you. The person to your right will pass their pack to you. You will take one card from that pack and pass the rest of the pack to the person to the left.... After a while the cards are gone from that set of packs. Then you open another set of packs (one per person) and do the same thing except you pass them in the opposite direction. Pass to the right. The next set is passed to the left... You only get about 5 or 6 packs to open per each person. Next you make a 40 card deck out of the cards you "drafted" (choose). The 4 of each card limit does not apply to this format. The tournament organizer should provide basic energy for this event. These games are played with 4 prizes instead of the usual 6. For more info try this http://www.wizards.com/dci/main.asp?x=UTR_Intro
Team Play is also about to become legal very soon.
