my leauge advisor says they get them on the internet,but where?i really need one to get to the bigger tourneys!

Any DCI Tourney Organizer WOULD have DCI# to assign you.
Enter your 1st DCI tourney and get one.
ONLINE? I don't think so...
ANY MAGIC tourney organizer would have DCI #'s.
