The Prof. Elm foils are awarded to Professor Delegates who sent their forms back to Master Trainer Mike. You will receive one card for each store visited. However, the forms needed to be postmarked by March 31, so it's too late to send any more in (well you could always send them in, but there's no guarantee you'll get anything for them now).
Hope this helps, - CHRISBO

Shame it is just for sending a form in when I can think of many deserving Professors and Master Professors in the UK who run Websites, write articles for Magazines, Judge, TO and organise major SBZ size tourneys and yet are seeing no reward
I was led to believe that they elms would be for more than just sending in a form but it seems we were wrong?
Once again I am afraid that this reward like SBZs is almost exclusively US centred.
Well done guys and gals you win again.. [ April 03, 2003, 11:34 PM: Message edited by: ukpokemonpro ]

I can understand how you feel, but it's not like every U.S. Prof and Master Prof got the Elm promo foil, it has only been made available to Profs and Master Profs ages 18+(that is, unless of course you want to spend $30+ on ebay for it), don't get me wrong, I understand that there were legal issuse that caused 17- Profs and Master Profs not to be able to participate in the Delegate program, I just think that there should have already been a way 17- Profs to get the Elm promo without having to do at least double the work(to get one Elm promo) that 18+ Profs had to do to get a bunch of them(I am in no way trying to bash the 18+ Profs, I've got alot of respect for almost all of them, and I know there are 18+ Profs who got the Elm promo that feel the same way about the Elm promo situation). "is it winner best elm?", I can tell you right now that it's not the "winner best elm", as far as I know, they've never made a Winner best Elm, they've made the Best Elm promo.

uk, do you want Munster or Swiss to go with that whine?
I haven't even SEEN a foil Elm, let alone own one, and I've been running League/BattleZone since season one (or, before you point it out, before you even HAD it over there). I'm not moaning over it.
If I get one, I get one. If not, oh well. I'll live with my non-shiny ones. Frankly, we're lucky WotC is doing ANYTHING, considering the license is nearly gone.

BPP at the risk of whining some more ... you have never experienced what we have here in the UK and you never will.
We all worked extremely hard to keep Leagues and OP going here in the face of at first out right hostility and oppositon from WotC UK and then reluctant hesitation.
Still we do not have March's BZ kits despite promises that we would be getting them, still we are behind both the US and Europe in terms of promo's and yet still we keep the game alive.
MTM has stood next to WotC UK representatives and both have promised us a change.. this year it will not be like last year .. for 4 long years we have fought for anything we can get .. our players and our professors have had to feed off the scraps from the table left by you guys and gals in the US. Whining, you bet I am whining because we are starving here still..
But then in a country where protecting oil wells is more important than protecting hospitals maybe I can begin to understand why you just don't get it.
I expect that for the 4th year running the UK will not get all the League/BZ kits it was promised and that we will again feel agrieved and bitter ... at least this year we get Nintendo and they can't be any worse than what we have now! [ April 13, 2003, 10:56 PM: Message edited by: ukpokemonpro ]

First, I'm sure I am not the only one who is sick and tired of you hijacking various posts for your Europe vs. US garbage.
Second, I have said before that I feel for your situation, but quite frankly, you go overboard with it. We all know about it already, none of us can change it and you are not going to gain any sympathy by repeating it ad nauseum.
Maybe bugging WotC employees is the only thing you feel you can do to get your situation resolved. Fine, do that. But there is no logical reason to be airing this out in this post.
I'm not going to even stoop as low as you by bringing up topics outside Pokemon. Again, that's not what this board is for.
