Is there a website that has a league for the pokemon tcg through apprentice or something like it? thanks.

Goto www.pojo.com they have the apprentice league info on the pokemon part of there site(left hand side scroll down some).and we use the ladder system at www.myleague.com/pojo for tournaments,and matches.We use mIRC to find matches on the Mediadriven server but its down for awhlie while they improve it.
