I bought yesterday a reverse foil Electabuzz Promo, with a winner legend in it. I wonder to where this promo belong.
In addition, I noticed than it has the number 1, which raised the question as to whether the Black Star series has been discontinued

I know I'm looking forward to the future of Pokemon. I pre-ordered Ruby and the 4ever DVD last month (I'm pretty sure Amazon will still honor the free coin dealy despite me making my order before the official start of the promotion.)
Skyridge sounds promising, and there's the possibility of a Wizards made set in the future. Things are definitely looking UP!

Ok. Electabuzz is the first Promo in the "Best Series"
It has been said that there will be only 1 more Black star Promo.

The "winner" promos come from the Battlezone kits. Six come in each kit and they are to be used as prizes. There are four out so far, #1 Base Electabuzz (reverse holo), #2 Base Hitmonchan (reverse holo?), #3 Professor Elm (reverse holo) and #5 Rocket's Sneasel (not holo). They've announced that the black star promos are discontinued. Last will be Suicune in the Pokemon Forever video/DVD.

Just a couple of minor clarifications to what has already been said. The #3 Professor Elm promo is being used as a Pokemon Professor exclusive card and will not be given out through Battle Zone. So far, the only way to get that one was to participate in the Professor Delegate program, promoting Battle Zone to stores. Also, there are 8 "Winner" stamped promos in each Battle Zone kit, not 6. There are also 16 classic promos in each kit. A couple of months after a promo comes out with a "Winner" stamp, it comes out as the classic promo, but without the "Winner" stamp on it. That way more people have a chance to get it.

Can anyone tell me something about the Quality of the Jumbo Winner promocards.
I recieved them for my kids, but they feel like toiletpaper.
The dimensions are even different from the older Legendary birds jumbo's.
