On three (or six, depending on how you look at it) Japanese Card-e III cards, there were data blocks for a game titled Block Kuzure. (I don't know the English translation.)

However, the American cards - numbers 145/147, 146/147, and 147/147 (Boost Energy, Crystal Energy, and Warp Energy, respectively) - completely lack a side code of any sort. Also, the ID numbers are just D-53-#, D-54-#, and D-55-#, whereas the Japanese cards have 'a' and 'b' variations.

In short... WHY DID WIZARDS OF THE COAST NOT PRINT THE BLOCK KUZURE DATA!?!

I'm pretty sure the dot code stuff is done by Nintendo/TPC. You'd have to ask them.
