Topic: Pokemon Organized Play Updates

Hi all,
As some of you know, the Pokemon Professor list serv is still not functioning so I wanted to tell you all about some updates (for Professors and non-Professors alike) here.
1. 2 additional SBZ locations have been added. This should be updated online soon. They are Books-a-Million in Covington, LA and ABC Books in Courtenay, BC. There are still a few other locations still being discussed as well.
2. A new Pokemon Professor membership card order went out yesterday for all of you new Professors and Master Professors. Should see them in a few weeks.
3. The Promo card file on the Complete Card Reference has been updated and the Aquapolis card file should be up today or tomorrow.
4. The write ups for the events being held at Origins and Gen Con should be up tomorrow or Friday. Lots of prizes to win!
5. The final season of BattleZone will have lots of extra goodies in it. So if you can't make Origins or Gen Con, you will still get a chance to get some cool stuff.
6. I've also found some pretty cool stuff for the Pokemon League that will be held at Origins and Gen Con as well. Hope you can make it there.
7. As you know, know that Wizards of the Coast will not be releasing LC2 or Jamboree, there is not good reason to change the Modified format. The Modified format will remain as it is and will be used for the upcoming SBZs as well as constructed events at Origins & Gen Co.
If the list-serv stays down for much longer then I will set up an alternate method for Professors to contact me about energy cards and other upcoming programs.

When will the final BZ season be? Is WOTC still planning it to be in AUgust like before, or has those plans been changed also?

It will be nice to have a Aquapolis Spoiler for the Wizards site. I suppose it won't take long before Skyridge is up as well.
Hopefully after July, we should get all of the new news on Nintendo's new tournament and league programs then.
