According to an add in the March Nintendo Power Magazin, Suicune that comes with Pokemon 4ever DVD/VHS is the Best #6 promo. The card is identical to the Aquapolis one, except Suicune looks to the right, not to the left. It looks like that the last star promo was Ho-oh #52. It also looks like that the Best promos associated with different promotions (i.e. dvd/vhs and delegate program) will not have a "winner" or a jumbo version. Anyone from WOTC care to confirm? Or our only "insider" (just kidding) Soslowpoke?

That is interesting information. I thought that promo #52 was going to be the last one anyways, at least from what I have heard.

I you are counting NY ones twice because of printing you need to add the non-foil Happy Birthday Pikachu. Plus the Dark Persian without the HP.

Well, if we're doing that, then we also add the 1st Edition version of #1....
I don't know, though. Those (Pika and Persian) are errors. The non-foil HB Pika would count, but fits nicely on its own 9-space page with the rest of the Olympic Pika collection.

That is right, I forgot about the 1st Ivy Pikachu promo #1. I just put the one I have in place of the other non-first ed, so I forgot to count it.
