Well, I passed the test on 02/26/03, and I want to know if as a 15-year old boy I can:
1-Help other kids at the local league with card rulings.
2-Help to run a Tournament as Judge.
3-Become a Delegate Professor (if the answer is yes, how can I become a Delegate).

Well, the thing is that I asked if I could help the Gym leader run the league, and even maybe help on tournaments and she said yes; and I want to know if I can't because of my age, or if I can help as judge but the DCI wouldn't record it as a tournament judged by me 'cause I'm 15.

I hope I can help at the league/tournaments... the day I start my job as helping the gym leader is this monday. and no, I'm working for free, 'cause I enjoy helping other players.

Absolutely, You can ask if you run BattleZone if you can get credit/help with running, organizing it.

2-Help to run a Tournament as Judge.
ABSOLUTELY, AND if you judge 5 DCI tourneys you will be promoted to MASTER Professor

3-Become a Delegate Professor (if the answer is yes, how can I become a Delegate).
Oh no... I think TODAY was the last day for MTM to accept DELEGATE Apps.

But don't worry, there will be other opportunities for PROFESSORS to earn thr RH Elm & to support this game.

It was changed BUT you can judge and I think be a GL &a GL assistant BUT what you cannot do is BECOME a Tournament Organizer until the age of 18.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Dark Pinsir,

Regarding #3: becoming a Delegate -- you've got to be 18 for that -- there is a liability issue in the case of minors.

Ok, thank you both!, I've printed the card rulings and the DCI Penalty Guidelines in order to start learning about being a Professor.
Again, many thanks!
