*can see the 'Masterlock' clamping down as we speak*
Let's make this a discussion.
First off...while Shining's areprobably the 'rarest' of all cards. I'm trying to mathecmatically calulate wether Parallel foils of Holofoils are a tad rarer... ...if they are...my Parallel Mew is rarests
...but, indeed, mine is a Shining Kabutops.
Why don't when close this a little, and make it...rarest NON-Shiny?

My rarest card is an uncut hitmontop - that is, a card without rounded corners: it's totally square. I was told this kind of uncut card was never meant to be released, but SUPPOSED to be thrown away... but I ended up with it after it changed hands a number of times, I imagine.
Anyone else have a very rare or 'unique' card?

You get roughly 3 Shinings in a box of Destiny, and there are 8 of them: (3/36) * (1/8) = 1 / 96
Odds of a given LC reverse foil: 1/110
Odds of a given Exp. reverse foil: 1/159
I think you can all see what the rarest mass-produced cards are.

If this can be kept from becoming a poll...in other words, if people can post some reasons and discussion instead of just the name of a card...this can remain open. But since it's not TCG News nor Discussion, I'll move it over to the Random Topic Center...
