The 60 HP is probably a missprint (I hope)
I miss my old Wiggly-Hitmonchan-Scyther Deck... btw the Electabuzz isn't all that great in the new environment. I know, I tried it. I got hurt... This was me at the end of the tourney:
My Electabuzz/Ampharos/Kabutops got hurt.. badly...

Amen! I get tired of people dissing Buzz because of Tyrogue. I paralyzed and creamed a Tyrogue last weekend with my Buzz. Yeah! Besides - you don't *have* to put him out if the weather looks nasty...

I think it's cool that Wizards is rereleasing these cards into Modified... but how far do we want them to go? I mean will the Colorless Promo be Wiggly? Will Oak be the Trainer Promo (or was that Elm?) .... Buzz and Chan aren't enough to sway the entire format, but if this is a sign of cards to come, Modified might turn into Unlimited.

It does beg the question, I would say. It is possible that now Blastoise is coming back (then again, it could also be Dark Blastoise). The question becomes again, "What kind of game do we want to play?" I wish I could say-I don't know myself. I don't know enough about these cards and how they work in current modified.

So far, buzz has made an impact in the modified touries @ rochester Hills. Chan may also make an impact but so far in testing it has not been that big. You already have a good fighting basic in Tyrogue. The format is still fairly balanced which in my opnion, is the best way.
