I have some spanish cards, and i was wondering if they're playable? Because i was told that if you had a picture of the card in english you can play with it can you?

You don't need anything to use foreign language cards (although a translation is nice).

Actually, one using foreign-language cards MUST know what the card does; misrepresentation of the card to one's opponent would of course be considered cheating.

If you look HERE you'll find the Official Pokémon Card Reference, or Oracle. I'd suggest printing this out if you use many foreign-language cards in your deck; hope this helps...

Sure as long as it is an legal evolution (totdile to Croconaw to Fgator) & the cards/series you are using have been released by WotC.

Be carefull though the official Oracle still has a few mistakes in it.. I think the errors are all confined to legendary Collection but I'm not 100% sure

Unfortunately, that is not the case:

quote:
Pokémon Power: Sneak Attack When you play Dark Golbat from your hand, you may choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. If you do, Dark Golbat does 10 damage to that Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance.)
