DMTM just posting to let you know that you made a mistake in your new article.
Let's start with the first and obvious application of this card. It needs to be put on an Evolved Pokémon that has Colorless attacks that require at least 3 Colorless Energy. The first and most obvious are Colorless Pokémon. With this card, you can quickly power up these attacks and hit your opponent for big damage. Chansey comes to mind as a good one for this. Grab one of these and one Metal Energy for 70 damage and you take 20. Losing the Energy in this case is not that big a deal since you are most likely using Chansey as a stall mechanism.
But for Boost energy to work you need to have an evolved pokemon. At last time I looked Chansey was a basic Pokemon not evolved.

Heh, I can't believe I didn't pick up on that while reading it.
All I noticed out of the ordinary was that he was using an Expedition card next to an article about Aquapolis, but decided it was probably only used for aesthetic purposes.

Ah, but you don't know about the Baby Pokemon that is coming out in Sky Ridge: Luckie, the Baby version of Chancey!
Just put out a Lucky, play a Metal on it, and next turn evolve to Chancey and play the Boost!
Voila!
I think it is being released in early April. Say, April 1st, or so...

Calm down Gengar you and I both know that you wrote that section of the Article. You should know that Chansey is not an Evolved Pokémon. I told you to pick one that would work with the card.

DMTM: When Aquapolis first came out, Daniel and had numerous conversations about Boost energy--and in every single one for the first 2 weeks, I kept developing decks that included putting a Boost energy on Chansey!!! Each time, he corrected me. And then in the next conversation, I was putting another Boost energy on Chansey. I was mainly focusing on Aquapolis Chansey--who later would evolve to one of the Blissey after he did some battling with this Boost energy. My favorite scenario was using the Boost energy for a first turn knock out of a baby with the Aquapolis Chansey.
Chansey looks perfect for Boost energy. Don't you think we can make an exception?

Well - if it makes you feel any better, here is a way you CAN use Boost Engery on Chancey
Turn 1 Attach a Mettal to Chancey and have a Dratini on the bench- and may as well have a Bulbasar.
Turn 2, Breader Dratini into Light Dragonate (Mirical wind) Breader Bulbasar into Venusar (with harvest Bounty) Evolve Chancey into Blissy.
Attach a Mettal Engery to Blissy, and using the harvest Bounty, attach a Boost Engery as well (since boost engery is a comming into play effect you must attach it to a evolved pokemon) Then You can Hyper Devolution Spray the Blissy (use the one with the comming into play power so any dammage done to you will be more easy to remove your next turn, with 4 Hyper devolution sprays and perhaps the Statum Undersea ruins you can keep doing this awhile- nead 4 blissy in the deck and town volenters and a dark dragonar out and you have a never ending blissy dance) Anyrate- now the boost engery will stay, unforantly the mettal also loses its effect, and if you turn off powers you would have to discard the boost engery. So- I would only say this is effective if you dont get a harvest bounty venusar out- on turn 2 you can get a boost engery and a mettal engery (or whatever) on chancey.

I would really like to apologize for Gengars behavior folks. He really has an issue with taking responsibility for his actions.
As much as I would like to there will be no errata for Boost Energy. I just can't justify changing it to cover up Gengar's mistakes.
